Vogue Interiors’ Debbie DeMaria, ASID, IDS and Licensed Interior Designer, Christie Heeb are creating the interior design for a luxurious, 7,090 square feet under air furnished custom estate residence in Pine Ridge Estates.

Vogue Interiors’ Debbie DeMaria, ASID, IDS, Christie Heeb, Licensed Interior Designer, and Stacy Jonsson, Design Assistant are creating the interior design for a luxurious, 7,090 square feet under air furnished custom estate residence in Pine Ridge Estates.  Designed by architect Frank Comeriato, the residence is being developed by Amy Turner and built by Artisan Associates Ken Wells.  The magnificent home features an expansive great room with wooden beam ceiling details, a double-island kitchen that includes a butler’s pantry, a dining room with a wine bar that showcases two refrigerated wine storage towers, a den, four bedrooms, four and a half baths plus a pool bath, a landscaped exterior courtyard, an outdoor living area with a stunning pool and spa, an island kitchen, and a sitting area with a fireplace, a two-story casita with a gym, two bedrooms, a full bath and a half-bath, and a motor court with two two-car garages.
